Container screw-on top wasn't sealed and had loosened, spilling about half of the oil into the bubble-wrap pocket it was in. Some had leaked out onto the mailing envelope also. I was able to pour some of the oil in the pouch back into the bottle, so that it was about 2/3 full, so I lost about 1/3 of my purchase. It seems so simple to just tape the top on so it wouldn't leak. That definitely should help.
