I ordered the 24 inch unit on Monday, July 22, 2019 and received it on Monday July 29, 2019. Delivery was expedited quickly. When it arrived, I opened the package, I saw that the unit did not have an adjustable neck strap as advertised in the picture nor combs. I ended up purchasing elastic bands for the unit. The ends of the unit looked sparse--initially coming out of the package--the unit looked small and did not look like 24 inches. In the advertised picture, the ends of the unit was full. The hair is soft and there was no smell, the cap is a little big-I did not comb it yet because I am waiting for the rest of my equipment to come to handle the unit properly. I will write again to let you know the final results of the unit after I style it. If you are going to sell this particular type of unit, change the advertised picture of the product so we buyers will not be initially disappointed when we open our packages just to see something else.Two days later:With the proper equipment to handle the hair, elastic band I purchased and installed to accomodate the cap size for me, I have to say, I'm impressed!, and yes, it is 24 inches. I would buy from you again.
